Customer Notice 62-FIRST Upgrade

Effective June 18, 2023 our upgraded Contact Centre now provides enhanced self-serve options.

Customers no longer need to wait in queue to speak with an agent! They can self-serve easily by calling 62-FIRST and selecting Option 1.

Customers are required to have their CIF Number and Telebanking PIN to access 62-FIRST.

This upgrade applies to our personal banking customers only.
